How to thaw: Remove desired amount of shrimp from bag and place in colander. Place colander inside bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 8 - 10 hours or until thawed. Drain and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture. ORRemove desired amount of shrimp from bag and place in colander. Place colander inside bowl. Cover shrimp with cold water; allow to thaw 20 - 30 minutes, changing water several times.How to cook: Flavorful and firm Wild Baja Shrimp can be boiled with spices, broiled, barbecued, sautéed, stuffed, steamed, or used in soups or stews. Thawed shrimp cooks in 1-1½ minutes at a rapid boil; takes only about 1 minute on each side on the grill. Be careful to not overcook.
