Northern Chef Crispy Pub Style Rockfish is responsibly caught off the coast of Oregon and is certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). The flaky white fillet is complimented perfectly by our naturally gluten free coating and pairs great with any sauce or just a squeeze of lemon. The fillets are versatile and can be a great component to any meal or enjoyed by themselves as a snack. Simply heat in the oven or air fryer and enjoy.

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:

  • Place frozen rockfish in single layer on an ovenable pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 20 min, flipping halfway through or until golden brown.

Air Fry:

  • Heat frozen rockfish at 400°F for 8 min, flipping halfway through.
  • Crispy Pub Style Rockfish are ready when crispy and golden brown or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 140°F.
