Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake:

  • Place frozen rockfish in single layer on an ovenable pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 20 min, flipping halfway through or until golden brown.

Air Fry:

  • Heat frozen rockfish at 400°F for 8 min, flipping halfway through.
  • Crispy Pub Style Rockfish are ready when crispy and golden brown or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 140°F.
