PRAWN SHAOMAI INGREDIENTS: Shrimp, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Yambean, Carrot, Sugar, Onion, Corn Starch, Highly Refined Soybean Oil, Salt, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Soybean Protein, Shallot, Yeast Extract, White Pepper, Turmeric.
PRAWN HACAO INGREDIENTS: Shrimp, Wheat Starch, Potato Starch, Bamboo Shoot, Highly Refined Soybean Oil, Tapioca Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, White Pepper.

STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill a large pot or wok with 1–2 inches of water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Avoid boiling vigorously.While the water is heating, remove the Dim Sum and place on steamer lined with parchment paper. Evenly space to allow the steam to circulate.
Once the water is simmering, place the steamer basket on top of the pot or wok with a tight fit to trap the steam.Steam the Dim Sum for 5–7 minutes.
Carefully remove the steamer from the pot using oven mitts or tongs.
Be cautious of hot steam.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the Dim Sum from plastic wrapping and lift red tray and lid.Pour water (7 oz.) into bottom of black microwavable steam tray up to water fill line.
Place red tray back on top of bottom black tray and cover with red lid.Set microwave to high and cook for 5–6 minutes.
Times can vary, overcooking can make Dim Sum tough.
Once fully heated, carefully remove from microwave.
Allow it to cool for 1–2 minutes. Be cautious of hot steam.
